What are the uses of Reviver?
Fine lines, dryness, dullness, uneven-looking texture, and the look of dark spots — plus everyday cleansing, toning, and lifting.
Is it okay to use thick serum?
Thick serums are not ideal for direct use. Dilute them with purified water at a ratio of 1 part serum to 10 parts water for optimal results.
Does the roller cause skin pain during use?
A slight pricking sensation is normal when using the micro-needle roller. If it doesn't roll smoothly, stop immediately to prevent skin scratches. Remember, never drag the roller sideways.

How powerful is Reviver?
The Reviver base unit is rated at 5 W. Each head adds its own: IR + Red 4.4 W, Pain Relief 5.4 W, Pro Laser 3.5 W, IR + Blue 1.2 W, EMS 0.35 W.
A note on what watts mean here. These are rated electrical figures — the power the device is built for, not the quantity of light arriving at your skin. LEDs turn only part of their electrical input into light. A bigger number on this line does not mean a better session.
The measurements that genuinely describe light therapy are irradiance (mW/cm²) and dose (J/cm², irradiance × time). Both are being measured independently on production units, and both will appear here once verified rather than estimated.
Which wavelengths does Reviver use?
IR + Red head — 630 nm with 850 nm infrared.
IR + Blue head — 415 nm.
Pro Laser head — 940 nm.
Pain Relief head — 660 nm, 610 nm, 850 nm and 940 nm, across 48 LEDs.
Each head is a different instrument. Blue works at the surface. Red and near-infrared reach further. The Pain Relief head combines four wavelengths with steady, even warmth.
Is more power better?
No — and it's one of the most misunderstood things about light therapy.
The skin's response is what researchers call biphasic. Too little light does nothing. Too much doesn't do more — it does less. Published studies show cell activity rising to a peak at a modest dose, then falling away as the dose climbs higher.
One study makes the point neatly: a lower intensity delivered over a longer time outperformed a higher intensity over a shorter one, even though the total energy was identical. Intensity and time aren't interchangeable.
Which is why we design around a considered session rather than the largest number we could print on a box.
I purchased a Reviver device while vacationing in Hawaii. When I received the device, I charged it as indicated in the paperwork but unfortunately it wouldn't charge. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me a return label. I sent it back and they replaced it with no issues. Excellent customer service.
