Comfort you can schedule. Deep, even infrared warmth for the temporary relief of minor muscle and joint aches and stiffness — so moving through the day feels easier.

Targeted warmth for the temporary relief of minor joint aches and stiffness. Gentle heat around a stiff joint helps the muscles around it relax, so movement feels smoother.

How to Use

Carefully remove the Reviver device and accessories from the packaging before first use.
Simply remove the current head from the Reviver device, and attach on the desired head. Ensure the head is secured to the device, by testing if the pogo pins are magnetically joined together correctly and by switching the device light on.
Begin by carefully removing the cap to open the ampoule. Ensure the ampoule is kept upright during this process. Poke the top of the Ampoule cap with a clean needle and place the silicon protector on the cap. Gently slide the ampoule into the device. Remember, the ampoule should remain upright – do not invert it. Instead, invert the device body, guiding the ampoule into position until it clicks securely into position.
To turn on Reviver, detach its body from the base and hold down each button for 2-3 seconds until you see the light and mister turn on. Repeat the same step to turn off.
To charge Reviver, plug the charging base into a power outlet using the included cable. Ensure it's charged after every use.

Reviver Pain Relief Details

Forty LEDs behind a single head, holding a steady warmth up to 42 °C. For the temporary relief of minor muscle and joint aches and stiffness, for muscles that want to relax, and for a temporary increase in local circulation. A 3 ml ampoule mists as you work. Comfort, on your schedule.

Technologies & Features
  1. Pain Relief head. Forty LEDs behind one head, holding a steady warmth exactly where you place it. Gentle heat gives temporary relief of minor muscle and joint aches and stiffness, and helps muscles relax.
  2. Magnetic heads. Every head seats on pogo pins and swaps in a second, with no tools and no cables. Six heads fit the same Reviver body and attach magnetically: IR + Red and Topical Heat, IR + Blue Light, Microneedling, EMS and Blue LED, Pro Laser 940 nm, and Pain Relief.
  3. Nano serum mist. A 3 ml ampoule sits inside the body, so serum and light arrive together instead of one after the other. Until now that meant two steps and two devices.
  4. Cordless. A 1200 mAh battery, charged on its own base in two to three hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we are asked most about Reviver Pain Relief. For anything else, our Help Center is here.

What is Reviver Pain Relief for?

Soothing warmth for the temporary relief of minor muscle and joint aches and stiffness, and for relaxing muscles after a workout or a long day. Warmth also temporarily increases local blood circulation where it is applied.

Where can I use it?

Face, neck, shoulders, back, stomach and knees. The head is small enough to place precisely, and the warmth stays even across it.

Which head does it come with?

The Pain Relief head — 660, 810 and 850 nm across 40 LEDs, with warmth to 42 °C.

Six heads fit the same Reviver body and attach magnetically: IR + Red and Topical Heat, IR + Blue Light, Microneedling, EMS and Blue LED, Pro Laser 940 nm, and Pain Relief. The other five are sold separately.

How can I file a warranty claim?
How powerful is it?

The base unit is rated at 5 W and the Pain Relief head at 5.4 W — the electrical draw.

What matters more is the window: 40 LEDs across 22.18 cm², more than two and a half times the area of the facial heads, holding steady warmth to 42 °C across the whole of it.

Watts describe electricity. Coverage and light density describe the session.

Which wavelengths does the Pain Relief head use?

660 nm, 810 nm and 850 nm — 28 LEDs at 660 nm and 6 each at 810 and 850 nm, 40 in total, across a 22.18 cm² window with steady warmth to 42 °C. Tolerance ±10 nm.

Across the rest of the system: IR + Red and Topical Heat 630 + 850 nm at 9.2 mW/cm² · IR + Blue Light 415 nm at 12.4 mW/cm² · Pro Laser 940 nm.

Is more power better?

No — and it's one of the most misunderstood things about light therapy.

The skin's response is what researchers call biphasic. Too little light does nothing. Too much doesn't do more — it does less. Published studies show cell activity rising to a peak at a modest dose, then falling away as the dose climbs higher.

One study makes the point neatly: a lower intensity delivered over a longer time outperformed a higher intensity over a shorter one, even though the total energy was identical. Intensity and time aren't interchangeable.

Which is why we design around a considered session rather than the largest number we could print on a box.
