"The heat and cool functions are everything. I use the red light mode at night for relaxation and collagen boost, and the blue light in the morning to calm and refresh my skin. It’s genuinely the first at-home device I’ve stuck with daily. The quality feels luxe, and the results are noticeable."

"Didn’t expect to love this thing as much as I do. I bought it for the blue light to help with occasional breakouts, but I ended up using the red light more—it feels incredible and actually helps tighten my skin. Feels like you're treating your face to a science-backed ritual."

"The Jupiter is sleek, powerful, and so easy to use. What really impressed me is the temperature shift between modes—it’s not just light, it’s a whole experience. I’ve seen a real difference in my jawline area and under-eye puffiness in just two weeks."

"I’ve had light therapy done in clinics before, and Jupiter holds up. The red LED smooths out my skin tone and makes me look less tired. Plus, the design fits perfectly in hand—super ergonomic. I use it during Zoom calls with the camera off. No regrets on this splurge."

"Compact and efficient. I’ve tried a few red light tools, but most felt gimmicky. This one doesn’t. The dual light options let me target different issues day by day, and my skin texture has improved dramatically. Even my makeup artist noticed."

"I got Jupiter as a gift and wasn’t sure I’d use it much… but now I travel with it. The cool mode with blue light is amazing after long flights—de-puffs and resets my skin. And the red light is now part of my pre-event prep. Never thought I’d care this much about skincare."

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about Jupiter. For anything else, visit our Help Center.

What is Jupiter for?

Jupiter is FDA-cleared to treat facial wrinkles in adults with red and infrared light, and to treat mild to moderate inflammatory acne in adults with blue light. Owners also reach for it as part of an everyday routine.

Which wavelengths does Jupiter use?

Red — 630 nm, with 850 nm infrared and gentle warmth. FDA-cleared to treat facial wrinkles in adults.

Blue — 470 nm, with 850 nm infrared and a cooling finish. FDA-cleared for mild to moderate inflammatory acne in adults.

24 LEDs sit across a 17.28 cm² head — eight inner, sixteen outer.

How powerful is Jupiter?

Jupiter delivers 7.2 mW/cm² in red mode and 5.4 mW/cm² in blue, measured at the 2–3 cm treatment distance. Across an 8-minute cycle that comes to about 3.5 J/cm² of red and 2.6 J/cm² of blue.

Those two figures — intensity in mW/cm² and dose in J/cm² — are what actually describe a light-therapy session. They come from Spacetouch's FDA submission (K210545), not from an estimate.

The device is rated at 10 W. That is electrical power — what Jupiter is built to draw — and it is not a measure of light output. LEDs convert only part of their input into light, so watts alone never tell you how strong a session is.

Is more power better?

No — and it's one of the most misunderstood things about light therapy.

The skin's response is biphasic. Too little light does nothing. Too much doesn't do more — it does less. Published studies show cell activity rising to a peak at a modest dose, then falling away as the dose climbs.

It's worth knowing that the intensity cleared by the FDA for this device — 7.2 mW/cm² in red mode, 5.4 in blue — is deliberate, and was reviewed alongside the results it produces. A bigger number is not a better session.

How long does a charge last?

30 to 40 minutes of use.

How long does it take to charge?

About 3 hours from empty to full.

Why does it stop after 8 minutes?

That is the session timer. Jupiter runs an 8-minute cycle, then shuts off on its own.

How do I file a warranty claim?
